Free Your Mind Psychiatric LLC offers telehealth services in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations. All telehealth appointments require the patient to complete a telehealth consent form prior to treatment.

Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies or crisis situations. In the event of a psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. We are not liable for any harm that results from attempting to use our telehealth services in urgent or life-threatening situations.
